Hooper Construction is currently working with the Seminole Boosters on CollegeTown at Florida State University, by transforming more than six acres of dilapidated warehouses into a catalytic mixed use and lifestyle project that will change the college experience for students, athletes, faculty and alumni alike. Phase I of College Town was recently awarded the 2015 Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida Award for Excellence in the New Development category.
